Introduction

While working at The Peak newspaper at Simon Fraser University (SFU) I was tasked with creating a humor video.

The script was provided and the original idea was pitched by Zach Siddiqui, the Humor Editor for The Peak.

Role

My role in this project was to develop the visual tone of the piece and film it alongside my co-editor Marcus and with our writer and actor Zach. Marcus was in charge editing this video with our collective footage.

Project Outcomes

This video performed great reaching 600 views.

For perspective, The Peak’s videos usually reach about 100-300 views on average. It was great to shoot and really funny. I even took part and acted as a disgruntled student in one of the shots.
